INQUEST THIS DAY.
An inquest was held this afternoon at the Provincial Hospital, before Dr. Goldsdro' and a jury, on the body of Grattan McCale, who met with his death by falling over the cliff in Hobson-street. Several witnesses were examined, but the facts elicited were the same as published in the Star of last evening, and shewed that deceased committed tbe act while in a state of suicidal-mania. The jury returned a verdict in accordance therewith.
