Commercial
E. and IT. Isaacs held a sale, today, of oleographs and chromos, which were certainly the finest that has been here yet, both as to subjects and artistic work. Their rooms were full, but the bidding slow, every pictura sold was below home cost. The fortunate buyers of the best will have no reason to complain. The cutter Maid of the Mill was offered at auction by Messrs B. Tonks and Co. today, and withdrawn at £220.
Messrs Samuel Cochrane and Son offered to-day the seven years' lease of Mr J. Cosgrave's residence, Alten Eoad, which was withdrawn at £215.
