Heaping and mowing machine. £17 Beaping machines, £8 The horses ex Wonga Wong* occasioned a more numerous attendance than usual, and all were sold at satisfactory prices. They brought from £9 to £3S, and averaged £1710s each Draught hones of medium strength brought from £35 to £41. Lisht harness. £13 to £26. A much larger muster of wool in bag*, skins, and hides met with a steady demand at prices equal to the sale of "Wednesday previously, one lot of skins only being withdrawn .-, 63 required for them. Prices given were for sheep skins, country lots, from 2s 3d to 3s 9d each ; salted hide 34d to 4jd; green hides, 3£d the lb; lota and pieces, 2d to 7d the lb; wool in grease, 8d to lojd ; washed, lid to 16d the lb. AtKemuera, on Thursday store cattle were in less than average numbers. There was a steady demand for them, and prices wer« higher than last week—6s each. Fat cattle in good fnpply, 150 head sold, prices lower. No store sheen penned. Pat s> eep in le-s numbers thanajisual, but dull of aale at a decline of half-penny per lb Lambs m moderate numbers and prices well sustained.
