THE CIRCUS.—MR BIRD'S BENEFIT.
The American Circus was again crowded last evening, mostly by young persons, who take delight in witnessing equestrian exercises This remarkable company still susntains its well-earned reputation, and might, we think, venture on another week without loss. The performances were much the same as those of the previous night. This evening's programme v/ill be for the benefit of Mr T. Bird, one rjf the proprietors, in consequence of whioh a double bill of fare has been provrd.ed. The conundrums will also be read out t_o the people, and a £2 prize awarded to the. successful competitor. The last afternoon performance will take place at two o'clock to-morrow.
