We understand that Messrs Heiiderson and Macfarlaue have purchased from Mr L). H. Mackenzie the tine brjgantine llyno for the purpose of placing her in the South Sea island trade. She is to load at once for her tirst trip, and is expected to sail about Saturday next. Capt. Millar, late of the topsaii schooner Dauntless, will take command.
