(Per Press Telegram Agency.) This day.
Mr Kelly M. H. It., addressed the electors last evening. He denounced Proyincialism as another word for the neglect of the outdistricts. The money was principally expended in Auckland and suburbs. When the question of abolition wa3 before the House, nearly all opposing the measure were Provincial Government members. He received a unanimous vote of confidence.
The Plutus battery got steam up, and everything works well. The numing to bring water is tho main job.
