A valuable dog belonging to Mr F. Phillips, of Wyndham-street, was yesterday stolen. •The impertinent thief came up to Mr Phillips's little daughter, and forced the dog away. This same dog during "the past six months lost his collar twice, and yesterday he was collared himself. When owners.of dogs value them so much as to register them they should "have some protection, and the poliua in these dull times might Jobk the rascal up. We are told that dogs.are being stolen for exportation, and a tine sum is made out of it.
