Messrs/ Cochrane and Son sold to-day at their Fort-street Land Mart, in the estate of the late Mr J. M. Matthew, two allotments below corner of Napier-street, at 18s per foot ; .and the north-western portion of allotment 68, parish of Waitakerei, containing 167 acres, at 2s 3d per acre. Also, in the estate of Richard Kelly, of Onehunga, that parcel of land containing 50 acres, situated in Pirongia, county of Rutland, being lot No. 221,^at &3 Gd.per acre ; and one acre of land, in Mangapiko, town of East Alexandra, i6r-£4!l2s 6d. The sale of the Hibernian Hotel, , r Coromandel, was withdrawn.
