** The barque Mary arrived from Hobart Town on: Sunday afternoon, bringing several passengers and a cargo of fruits, jams, timber," &C.1 ■ Captain" Me Arthur reports of the passage, aa follows:—Left Hobart Town on Thursday, the 15th ult., and had light easterly and S.E. winds for thej first part of the passage. The North Ci-pe Was rounded on Wednesday last. Down the- coast N.E. and E. winds prevailed. In consequence of the thick, dirty weather, was nove-to foi' six hours off Cape Brett on Sunday morning last. At daylight bore away again- for Captain McArthur reports not having felt anything of the N.E. g'ale.~J : :

The f chooner Prima Donna, from Lyttelton, arrived in harbour on Saturday afternoon. Captain Norris reports leaving that port on the 29th ultimo. Had light airs and calma till Monday last. Rounded the East Cape on -Monday; thence light winds till arrival. , ... ~ . ,
