REPRESENTATIVE FIRING.

The representative prize firing for the present year by the thirty higher scorers of the Auckland District took place yesterday morning, under the direction of Major Cooper. The firing generally was good, and shews the advantages of constant practice, which lesson will not be lost upon our energetic volunteers.
