Several men were fined as usual for drunkenness and disorderly conduct; and a man charged with being drunk and disorderly denied the charge, and called a witness to disprove the constable's assertion. He was, however, fined twenty shillings and costs, or twenty-four hours' hard labour,

William Redmund was charged with behaving in a disorderly manner in a public street, to wife, Drake street, with intent to provoke a breach of the peace, on the 12th instant. . , , Mr. E, Meyer, for the prisoner, pleaded guilty, and explained that the disturbance arose out of domestic differences.
