GIFT PARTY

In honour of Miss Zoe Pidgeon, whose marriage to Mr Arnold Partridge will take place early in November a large gathering of friends met at the Puaha school on Friday evening and a very enjoyable time was spent

Competitions were won by Misses Kathleen Pidgeon, Betty Yanstone, Melva Webster, Messrs W. Rout and L. Webster.

The guest of honour eceived many gifts for her future home for which she thanked her friends.

Dance music was supplied by Mrs M. Wilkins, Messrs J. C. Chapman, C Haack, R. Chapman and A. Stanbury.
