Monday, 18 February, 1924. Before W. Wyvern .Wilson Esq, S.M. | Breach of Prohibition Order. J. Allan McDonald, for whom Mr Amcdeo' appeared, was cha"ged that on 13 February, 1924 he had coma breach of his prohibition order. Constable McLennan gave evidence that on the day named 13 February he had seen McDonald intoxicated. J. Allan McDonald did not appear. Rev. J. W. Hayward and Dr Cowan both gave evidence that McDonald was ill in bed that day and unable to appear.
