THE tyAVAL DEFENCE BILL.

We received the following telegram from the Premier on Saturday :—

"I forward for publio information miin clauses of Australian and New Zealand Naval Defence Bill, dealing with agreement under which subsidy is to be paid.

(2) The aaid agreement is thereby ratified and approved.
