DIRECTORS' MEETING.
At a Direotors' meeting held afterwards— Present: Messrs Lelievre (ohairman), Lat' ter, Wright, and Robinson—an account of Mr W. Cossar for repairing yards for £5 Hβ was passed for payment.
It was resolved to call for tenders for the lease of Saleyards paddocks betweon sales, accommodation fees not to exoeed those fixed by the Company ; tenders to be in by next meeting.
Tt was resolved the Chairman and Mr Latter see Mr Berwick regarding leasing the blacksmith's shop oooupted by him.
After the transaction of some routine businefis the meeting adjourned.
