It was resolved, on the motion of the Premier, seconded by Captain Russell, That the House desires to place on record its high sense of the distinguished service*" ' rendered to the colony by tbe late James Fitzgerald, C M.G.. and'respect" fully tenders to Mrs Fitzgerald arid family its sincere sympathy in their bereavement.
.. No-Corrfidence debate was continued "by Messrs Flatman. Hall-Jones, Saunders, Earnebaw ahd E. M. Smith.
Mr Mills moved the adjournment. "Aug. 5.
Tbe No"Confidence debate was concontinued, tbe speakers being Messrs Mills, Meredith G.J. Smith. Button, Cairticroes, s ßuiok. Tannnr. L»ng and Wilson.
Mr'Pinkettin'moved tha adjournment.
