THIS Society Advances Money in Suras of £25 and upwards on Freehold or Leasehold Security, repayable by Monthly Instalments in from three to ten years : offering the easiest possible means for clerks, mechanics, working men and others to obtain n home with little or no capital. Money Lent on Mortgage in the ordinary way also—i c., rrpayable at end of a term of ycar<—with interest payable quarterly. Terminating (or Investing) Sharks, maturing in from ten to eleven years to the value of £50, are periodically issued, subscription to which is 5s per', month. Interest is guaranteed at from 7 to 10 ppr cent, according to age of share ; and a bonus, dependent on business done, is further added yearly. Next Monthly Payment due ..Tuesday, 2nd August, 1892. W.
