TO THE EDITOR OF THE AKAROA MAIL.
Sir, —Would you allow me, through the medium of your valuable paper, to endorse the sentiments expressed by " Vigilans," in your last issue, re the manner in which the affairs of the R.M. Court are carried on. I would refer your readers to the report of Buchanan's case, in the Christchurch papers, and there they will see the unbusinesslike and unsatisfactory state of things at that time existing. Trusting that the matter will not be allowed to drop. I am, yours, &c, PRO BONO PUBLICO.
