A LECTURE will be delivered to the bers of the Auckland Mechanics’ Institute, on the Eve ning of Thursday next, Sept. 29th, in the PUBLIC ROOM at Hart’s Exchange Hotel, on “The Biography and Works of Robert Burns, the Scots’ Poet,” By HENRY FALWASSER, Esq. The Room will be opened at Half-past Seven, and the Lecture commence precisely at Eight o’clock. Other Lectures will speedily follow. THE LIBRARY Will be for the delivery of Books, at Seven o’clock on the evening of Friday next.
