The following.programme has been drawn up by. the committee of the Dunstan Racing Club for its liist meeting on New Year's Day:— Race I.—Maiden Plate, 6 furlongs, open to horses that have never started. Owned and trained in the Earnscleugh and Dunstan Ridings. Ist £lO, 2nd £2.. Owned 3 rrionths previous to the meeting. Minimum weight_9st 7. Race 2.—District Handicap Trot, miles, open to horses same as first race. Ist £lO, 2nd £2. • Race Handicap, 7 furlongs, open to horses owned in the 4 counties. Ist £l2, 2nd £2, 3rd £l. Owned 3 months previous to meeting. Race 4.—President's Handicap Trot, 1)4 miles, open to horses owned in the 4 counties. Ist £l2, 2nd £2, 3rd £l. Owned 3 months previous to meeting. Race s.—Publican's Cup, 1 }( miles, open. Ist £l3, 2nd £3, 3rd £l. Race 6.—Farmer's Cup Trot, 2 miles, open, let £l3, 2nd £3, 3rd £l. Race 7.—Consolation Handicap, 5 furlongs, open to all horses who have not won a race during the meeting.
