WEDDING BELLS.

A quiet- but pretty wedding was celebrated in St. Aidan's Church, Alexandra, on Wednesday morning. 10th inst.. the contracting parties being Mr William Ireland, second son of Mr Ireland, of IHoiedln. and Miss Violet Sanders, second daughter of Mr and Mrs Thos. Sanders, of Alexandra. The officiating clergyman was the Her. Mr Stephens. The bridj* was given away by her fjfiher, Mr T. Sanders, Mr C Ireland acting .as best man.

The bride looked very jjietty iu a handsome dress of cream ewlene. Her bridesmaid was her sister, Mis< Tot Sanders, who wore a pale blue ewlene dress with white hat. After the wedding ceremony wa* over the bridal party returned to the home of the bride's parents, and thence to Galloway, wh«»n? the '*rid#» and bride•Toom entrained on their journey up North, where the honeymoon will be s'pen*.
