RULIfcS k REGULATIONS. All Riders, including Trotting Riders, must ride in colors. No Jockey will be weighed out unless the amount equal to a losing amount Jockey's fees .is paid to the clerk of the scales. No horse will be allowe 1 to start in any race unless all fees are settled. Name, age and pedigree (if any) of horses •ind colors of riders must be given with nomination. No nomination or acceptance will be received after the advertised time under any pretence, nor unless accompanied by cash.
