“Go Slow” Threat by Cable Workers. —A meeting of the London Cable and Wireless operating and maintenance staff last night threatened to carry out a “go slow” strike from December IS, which would delay international cables to and from London, unless their employer, the Postmaster-General, promised to allow it to send future wage disputes to arbitration. —London, December 13.
