TWENTY-FIVE YEARS AGO (It'rom the “Guardian,” Nov. 23, 1925). Flemington School —A successful concert in aid of the school prize funds was held in the Flemington School last evening. An enjoyable programme was given by Mrs H. J. Chapman’s concert party, in addition fo items by eight of the school children. The concert closed with the singing of the National Anthem, after which the chairman of the school committee (Mr W. E. Bond) proposed a vote of thanks to the performers. This was seconded by Mr J. Campbell and carried by acclamation. —Technical Social: There were between 30 and 40 couples, present at the social in the Technical School Assembly Hall last evening. Mi's A. Mitchell’s orchestra supplied the music.
