MORE IMMIGRANTS

The United Party, South Africa’s Parliamentary Opposition, wants to see more European immigrants coming into the country, but would like the many thousands of Asian citizens to leave. At the same time the party would co-operate with all other political groups in examining the possibility of repatriating South Africa’s 300,000 Indians.—Reuter.
