DESIGN TO COPE WITH ATOM ATTACK (Rec. 10.35) THE HAGUE, Aug. 22. Queen Juliana to-day launched at Rotterdam the cruiser Zeven Provim eien (9472 tons) states the -United Press. This is the first Dutch ship designed to cope with atom bomb attack. Work on the ship will be . completed in about a year.
