GEORGIAN ENGLAND

HOLLYWOOD IMPORTATION LONDON. -A London antique dealer learned to-day that a panelled room from a demolished Georgian mansion used once stood near London is to become part of a Hollywood millionaire’s home. The dealer bought the room—Casement window, Norwegian pine panels, massive pine doors and beautifully carved fittings—when the mansion was demolished. He dismantled it hnd stored it in his backyard. Along came millionaire art collector William Flannery, saw the treasure and bought it on the spot for dollars. British Museum experts protested against the room being taken out of England—but it was too late. Now it is learned here the room is to become part of a film set for a Hollywood picture; afterwards it will become part of the home of William. Flannery.—Reuter.
