CZECH GIRL SPY
HEAVY PRISON SENTENCE (Rec. 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 16. The Associated Press Berlin correspondent says a United States court at Nuremburg to-day sentenced an 18-year-old Czech girl to nine years gaol for spying for the Czeche intelligence. Elfriede Sandnerova said she had crossed to Czechoslovakia three times •with information on United States troops movements and air bases. She also admitted helping American deserters into Czechoslovakia.
