Man Arrested on Unusual Charge (Rec. 10.30.) NEW YORK, June 20. A man was arrested at Newark, New Jersey, last night for “loitering” under (the wheels of a moving goods train. The police said tjtiat Patrick ' Nicholls staggered into the Pennsylvania railroad yards, fell between a set of tracks, and lay there as a long string of freight cars sped over him.
