MAN FEARED DROWNED
POSSIBLE FALL FROM COBDEN BRIDGE (P.A.) GREYMOUTH, April 11. An indication that a man who went missing in Greymouth was possibly drowned- in the Grey, river was given this morning by the finding of a bicycle, a set of false teeth, and a brief note on the Cobden bridge. He is Thomas Harvey Rodda, a single man, aged 49. He was an employee of the railway workshops and resided at 77 Bright Street, Cobden. The police were advised and took possession of the articles soon afterwards. The body has not been found. Mr Rodda was formerly a seafaring man. He hau no relatives at Greymouth. His-mother lives in the Nelson district.
