PLEASANT CHANGE

Conditions in Ashburton showed a great improvement on those which prevailed" for a number of days. Yacht Still Missing. —Aeroplane searches have failed to disclose the whereabouts of the yacht Mutineer, which is missing between Victoria and Tasmania with two aboard, including a New Zealander, Mr John Williams.
