Divorce Laws in Mexico, —Quick, Mexican divorces for Hollywood actors and other foreign non-residents were abolished by the Mexican Supreme Court yesterday. The Court placed jurisdiction in divorce suits with a civil judge at the couple’s legal residence rather than with a judge where the suit is filed. The ruling was aimed only at foreigners who take advantage of Mexico’s divorce law.
