j ! PANDIT NEHRU’S VIEW LONDON, Jan. 3. All talk of a reunion between Indiaand Pakistan at present was meaningless, said the Indian Prime Minister (Mr Pandit Nehru) in a speech at Nagpur. This is reported by the Bombay correspondent of “The Times.” Pandit Nehru was referring to a statement: made by the president of the Hindu Mahasabha in Calcutta recently that the aim. of Hindus should be to bring about a union of India and Pakistan.
Such talk was irresponsible, and was put forward to mislead people, Pandit Nehru added.
