FATAL MOTOR SMASH IN N.S.W.

TWO N.Z. NURSES KILLED SYDNEY, Aug. 21. When,a motor-car skidded on a bend and bit a treo on Gwydir highway, 11 miles from Moree in Northern N.S.W. early this morning, five persons were killed. Among those killed were two New Zealanders—nursing sisters employed at Moree Hospital.

They were Gwendolene Dorothea Godber (possibly of Maretuka Road, Te Puke) and Audrey Archibald. Both were aged 26.
