'V'OTICE is hereby given that the Ashburton Returned Services’ Association (Inc.), situated at West Street, Asliburton, intends to apply to the Licensing Control Commission for the grant of a Club Charter. If at the hearing of the application by the Commissioner any person desires to be heard as to the facilities existing, in the locality in which the Club is situated, for socal amenities, recreation, or refreshment, or as to any other matter affecting the application, he is required by the Licensing Regulations, 1949, to send to the Secretary of the Licensing Control Commission at Wellington, within twenty-one days after the date of publication of this notice, y/ritten notice of his desire to be heard, setting out in the notice brief particulars of the evidence he proposes. to give.
