MISSING SWISS SOLDIERS
BODIES FOUND IN CREVASSE (Ree. 11.30 a.m.) GENEVA, April 18. The bodies of three Swiss soldiers who- vanished a week ago during the “glacier patrol” race between Zermatt and Verbier were found to-day in a crevasse near the Matterhorn on the Swiss side of the Swiss-Italian frontier. Between 50 and 60 men had searched the glaciers over which the 50-mile military patrol race passed since the men were first reported missing. Three planes had also been use to search for the missing men.
