ENGINEER FLEES
AFTER ORDERS TO RETURN TO, MOSCOW (Rec. 9.20 a.m.) BERLIN, Jan. 11. The Russian chief of a big tool works at Chemnitz, in Saxony (which is working for reparations) has fled to Western Germany, according to the American-licensed news agency. He was identified as an engineer named Vinogradov, and the news agency claimed that he fled after having been ordered to return to Moscow in the custody of two agents of the Soviet Secret Police.
