INDONESIAN CONFERENCE Statement by Mr Fraser (N.Z.P.A.—Copyright) OTTAWA, January 8, The Prime Minister of New Zealand (the Rt Hon. Peter Fraser) told reporters at Montreal that-he thought that Britain, the United States, and France should be included in the Delhi conference on Indonesia. Mr Fraser said: “There is something unrealistic about the fact that many small nations have been invited to a conference to deal with matters pertaining to the Pacific, when the United States, the United Kingdom, and France, all of whom are vitally interested in the Sacific, have not been invited;^
