BEAU LE HAVRE FAILS AGAIN (N.Z.P A.-Reuter—Copyright). SYDNEY, April 1. Murray Stream, which is near the end of Ids racing career, won the AllAged Stakes at Randwick yesterday by two lengths from Money Moon with Victory Lad half a length away third. Ridden expertly by the apprentice, .1. Eaves., Murray Stream had the race won immediately after turning for home.
Murray Stream lias proved himself one of the best horses to have raced in Sydney in recent years. He has won two Metropolitans and his winnings, total more than £20,000..
Wattle,' the only filly in the field, caused an upset by winning the Champagne Stakes from Bold Duke, with the odds-on favourite Riptide third. Riptide conceded Wattle 121 b. Beau le Havre again failed in the Cumberland Stakes (one mile and three-quarters), which was won easily by Russia. Beau le Havre and Russia shared the lead for most of the journey, hut Die New Zealand horse dropped hack in the straight and finished last-. Principal results were:—
