NEW PROTEST BY GUATEMALA
BRITISH FORCES IN HONDURAS GUATEMALA CITY, Mar. 30. Guatemala repeated to-day her formal protest to Britain against the sending of troops to British Honduras, and asked for their immediate withdrawal. The new Note said that Guatemala was willing, like Britain, to submit the dispute to the International Court of Justice, but added that Guatemala was not interested in arbitration as long as British ships remained in her territorial waters and British troops remained on the territories claimed by Guatemala.
