PLEA OF GUILTY ENTERED (P.A.) WELLINGTON, March 31. Pleading guilty to a charge of carrying on tlio business of a bookmaker, Alfred Smith, aged 47, taxi-driver, was convicted and fined £IOO by Mr 11. .1. Thompson, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day.
