SEDDON RAILWAY INQUIRY
MR STILWELL TO PRESIDE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. As a result of the illness of Mr Justice Frazer, who was to have presided over the inquiry into the Seddon railway disaster, Mr W. F. Stilwell, S.M.. of Wellington is to be chairman of the Board of Inquiry. t Sittings w r ill begin to-morrow afternoon in Wellington, and will he- continued later in Blenheim and phristchurch.
