AIRCRAFT FROM AMERICA (Rec. 10.30) WASHINGTON, Mar. 26. President Truman to-day imposed tight controls on the export of aircraft and aircraft parts, classing them Avith other war material. White House issued a Presidential Proclamation revising, from April 15, the list of articles Avhich ■ cannot be shipped from the United States except under special licence. It designates small-arms, machine-guns, fire-control equipment and range-finders, as well as aircraft.
