Marshall May Change Plans (Rec. 11.0) WASHINGTON, Mar. 21. Diplomatic authorities are quoted by the United Press as saying that the situation in Europe is so serious, that it may cause the Secretary of State, Mr G. C. Marshall to change his plans to attend the -inter-American conference scheduled to open at Bogata, Colombia, on March 30. The officials said to-day that Mr Marshall would be extremely reluctant to cancel his Bogata visit, but it now appeared that instead of settling down for the full six weeks which the conference is expected to last, he would hold himself in readiness to returni to Washington any time the conflict with Russia required, his personal attention. ■
