ANTARCTIC QUARREL
RUSSIA WATCHING POSITION (Rec. 11.15 a.m.) MOSCOW, Mar. 19. An article in “Izvestia’’ says the Soviet Union is watching the Antarctic quarrel with considerable interest. It adds that, Russian explorers discovered considerable territory in areas now in dispute between Argentina and Chile on the one hand and Britain on the other. The article assists that the United States seeks domination over the Antarctic and has encouraged the Argentinian and Chilian claims.
