HINDS MINIATURE RIFLES NEW OFFICERS ELECTED At the annual meeting of the Hinds Miniature Rifle Club, held, in the club room, officers were elected as follows: Patron, Mr D. Studholme; president, Mr S. Rickard; vice-presidents, Messrs D. Haves, S. Watson, A. Pratley, E. Betts, G. Reddecliffe, W. B. Clarke, Id. Dobson, W. Holland, L. Chisnall and J. Davidson; club captain, Mr R. Bagrie; vice-captain, Mr F. secretary and target judge, Mr E. Shaw; handicapper, Mr R. McKeage: range officer, Mr H. Watson; pit stewards. Messrs M. Rickard, E. McKeage and W. Hayes; ammunition steward. Mr J. Pratley; auditor, Mr R. McKeage. The balance sheet show'ed the club to be in a sound financial position. It w r as decided to hold the first practice shoot on Monday, March 22 and to commence competition shooting on April 12. It was also decided to write to the clubs with a view to starting county shield competitions again.
