PURSUANT to Section 7 of “The Public Reserves, Domains and National Parks Act, 1928,” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Ashburton County Council at a Meeting to be held on FRIDAY, 9th APRIL, 1948, to pass a Resolution applying for the cancellation of vesting in the Council of Part Reserve 4293, containing 1 acre 1 rood 30 perches, the revocation of the reservation over same, and its disposal by way of sale at valuation to Peaehe Estate.
