The death occurred at Napier of the Rev. John Alexander Asher, aged 82, a rormer Moderator of the Presbyterian General Assembly.
Archbishop West-Watson. will leave Christchurch for Auckland on Wednesday. He will then fly to Fiji to visit the Diocese of Polynesia. He hopes to visit the Makogai leper station.— P.A.
