MAGNETIC STORM
WORLD RADIO DISRUPTED WASHINGTON, March 16. -'The National Bureau of Standards reported to-day that a magnetic storm in the upper atmosphere which began at midnight and is expected to com tin lie for three or four days lias disrupted radio communications throughout the world. The disturbances are described as particularly severe across the North Atlantic. The storm was caused by a heavy outburst of sunspots.
