SENTENCE QUASHED
LABOUR MEMBER OF COMMONS
(Rec 11 a.m.) LONDON, March 16. The Appeal Court quashed the sentence of 12 months’ imprisonment and a fine of £SOO sterling imposed on the Labour Commoner, David vveitzWeitzman was charged with con spiring with others to contravene orders for control and limitation and the supply of toilet preparations.
